Cancellation Policy

I have recently converted to travel ( returning clients may be asked to come to me). When you book please list your address in the notes. If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hrs in advance your deposit will transfer over to your rescheduled appointment. If you do not choose to reschedule your deposit will be refunded. If you do not cancel in advance you will not receive your deposit back ! Your hair & scalp must be clean & free of dandruff & product. Failure to have hair prepped for service will result in cancellation. 15 mins or less will be no extra charge. 20-30mins $50 additional will be added to you service. full payment due before my arrival or upon my arrival.
